Disrupt for Change exists because access to education, mentorship, and opportunity is still deeply unequal—and those inequities shape who succeeds across industries, including travel, tourism, and hospitality.

Tourism and hospitality is one of the world’s largest industries, yet access to education, capital, networks, and decision-making power remains concentrated among a few. The same inequities that limit opportunity for underrepresented small and micro-enterprises also affect students and future leaders who are navigating education and career pathways without equitable support.

We are here to disrupt that reality. By creating equitable pathways to learning, mentoring, and industry access, we work to remove systemic barriers and level the playing field for students, entrepreneurs, local artisans, museum professionals, and cultural institutions—ensuring they are not excluded from opportunity simply because they lack access to insider knowledge or “pay-to-play” systems.

Disrupt for Change advances equity in education by equipping students, educators, and underrepresented small and micro-enterprises with the knowledge, mentorship, and tools needed to navigate complex systems for sustainability.

Through education, mentoring, research, and advisory services, we support middle and high school students, college learners, cultural museums, and tourism and hospitality micro-enterprises—particularly those rooted in cultural heritage, diverse culinary traditions, and community-based experiences. Our work helps them overcome systemic barriers, strengthen their readiness for opportunity, and build sustainable, scalable, and profitable pathways within higher education and the global travel and tourism ecosystem.
